(Productivity , efficiency and utilization)  Assists in the management of the inventory to ensure that inventory is maintained at optimum levels; by maximizing efficiencies, customer service levels and minimizing investment.  Assists in all audits to develop effective corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency noted before and during audits  Supports the adherence to all HR policies and practices through fair and equitable treatment of all employees  Ensures that Service Center and all employees are in compliance with ARTOC Auto and Skoda’s regulations  Supports all marketing and advertising to ensure programs are effectively executed for desired results. Makes recommendations as needed to improve effectiveness.  Ensures excellent customer service by all staff. Provides a model of good customer service to employees. Communicates openly with customers. Effectively resolves complaints or concerns and ensure in meeting CSI preset goals  Represents ARTOC Auto and Center with other business, local publications and vendors.  Supports the meeting of daily, weekly and monthly deadlines and maintains Service Center operational records.  Maintains a clean, efficient work environment which reflects the kind of service provided to Service Center customers  Ensure meeting RFTF to increase the strength of the relation with customers and ensure profitability  Maintains confidentiality of all center information Senior IT and ERP Administrator Responsible for:  Providing IT support for ARTOC Service Center and Skoda dealer network in Egypt (Reception, Workshop, Parts and Finance department )  Monitoring and providing support for ERP (AS400) for Skoda dealer network in Egypt  Coaching, guiding and providing training sessions for newcomers regarding AS400  Creating new reports requested by the top management from ERP (AS400)  Monitoring and upgrading hardware requirements according to usage and title duties  Monitoring AS400 Errors and assist in solving it with the provider (Trends)  Providing IT support for Diagnostic machines (VAS PC 5051 and 5052) for Skoda dealer network in Egypt (15 dealers) regarding hardware , software and connection with VW server  Providing IT support for Skoda parts system (ETKA) and service systems (ELSA win and Elsa Pro)  Creating Account on Skoda and VW portal for new comers and setting applications for every title  Assisting the provider of AS400 to implement it in all Skoda dealer network in Egypt  Assisting in designing network and security cameras for the largest Skoda service center in the Middle East (in Kattamia)  Member ODIS rollout project (new diagnostic software)  Providing technical support for all the dealers network staff regarding ODIS running  Team leader of BTAC-BOX server project implementation which provides secured connection for VW server 1st March 05 till 1st July 09 Al ADL Group Multimedia for artistically production Administrative and Internal Auditor Responsible for:  Following in all administration work beside the financial issues and work flow and reporting it to the top management  Coordinate , following up and monitor with HSBC and NSGB bank regarding company account situation and movements  Assist movies, directors with IT requirements during the film making process  Coordinate and assist IT department  Creating database for all the customers (CRM) 1st October 00 till 1st January 05 Eims Group for computer services and production (Kuwait) Executive secretary Responsible for:  Executive secretary for all the branches of the company (Kuwait , Saudi Arabia , Qatar and Dubai)  Handling customer service requirements  Creating a database (CRM) for company customers  Assist in creating all the reports of the lawful and commercial contracts.  Assist the planning and developing department  Following up the required reports for the company president  IT representative in the IT department.  Assist sales department  Following up the production lines  Assist technical support department  Following up report web site.
