· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Active directory.
· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows Management.
· Knowledgeable in Asset manager program.
· Trouble shooting / Problem Solving for (printers, photocopier, fax).
· Dealing with Oracle, Lims, CMS and CRM issues and installations.
· Prepare training for users and trainees.
· Movie montage using (adobe Premiere and After Effect, Sony Vegas).
· Designing certificates and books covers.
· Interpersonal skills: (Team Working / Leadership as well as individual skills, Time Management, Communication Skills).
· Good experience in IT projects and implementation.
· Excellent communication skills (oral & written) in English and Arabic.
